All purchases are sent express courier with 5 day door to door tracked delivery for destination within Ireland. Destination outside of Ireland may take slightly longer delivery duration. Due to the impact of Covid-19 virus there may be some delivery delays. We are working with our delivery partners to move items as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during this time.
All purchases are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia and may be subject to import duty and taxes. For deliveries to Ireland purchases less than €150 are VAT and Duty free. Purchases over €150 for vanilla pods and ground vanilla will attract 6% Duty. There is no VAT or Duty on vanilla extract or vanilla paste. Customs clearance and any associated costs that may arise will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend purchasing the sample size of our products so that testing and trials can be conducted to confirm the products suitability to your requirements prior to purchasing larger quantities. Product returns will only be accepted for unopened products. Cost for returning products is at the expense of the purchaser. Original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund for returned products. If there are any issues with our products refunds will be gladly made in accordance with the Natural Vanilla refund policy.
